【Position】： Junior International Associate - Equity & Capital Markets【Location】：Beijing
【Position Summary】As a Junior International Associate, you will have the opportunity to participate in large, complex international IPOs and equity transactions and work with influential businesses and entrepreneurs. Based in our Beijing office, you will primarily support the Equity Capital Market team of our Hong Kong office, gaining exposure to both Hong Kong and US law. You will receive supervision from both Beijing and Hong Kong-based partners and senior associates who are experienced in mentoring junior lawyers.You should possess excellent communication and analytical skills in both Chinese and English, strong time and project management capabilities, and the ability to provide commercially astute advice while working under time pressure.
【Qualifications & Knowledge】You will:• Hold a Hong Kong or US qualification with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PRC qualification will be prioritized).• Work experience (1-3) year at ECM team from international/reputable law firm is preferred• Have rounded corporate commercial experience, including conducting due diligence, preparing transactional and disclosure documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance.• Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external parties, such as investment bankers and auditors.• Be proficient in English and Chinese, with high level English drafting and writing skills.
